It takes the form of a monthly face-to-face survey of 500 arriving and departing passengers at Sydney International Terminal.
Like conventional phone and face-to-face omnibuses the Travel Omnibus is a cost-effective survey tool where multiple clients share the costs of the research, and can be particularly cost effective where a client has only a limited number of topics they want to research. |
